JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers to achieve the organization’s revenue targets. This includes identifying sales opportunities, managing customer accounts, promoting products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Representative will work closely with the Cashier, Inventory, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. This is a full-time role with performance-based incentives and periodic reviews.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Customer Engagement:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through field visits, referrals, and customer outreach.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Order Management:
- Receive and process customer orders accurately.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Officer and Inventory Officer to confirm product availability.
- Ensure timely delivery and follow up on customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to management for product or service improvement.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and targets achieved.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with Cashiers for accurate pricing and payment collection.
- Liaise with the Warehouse team to handle urgent or special order requirements.
- Spport team members to meet overall departmental sales goals.
Compliance & Representation:
- Adhere to all company policies and ethical sales practices.
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions and external events.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales transactions and customer records.
